Standard shipping: £3.99
United States
Standard shipping: $4.99 USD
Canada
Standard shipping: $6.99 CAD
Free Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied when you purchase two or more items in the same order.
No discount code is required. Add all qualifying items to your basket and the free-shipping offer will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders usually require 1-2 business days to be processed before dispatch.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may occasionally take longer because of courier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates can sometimes take several business days to appear after dispatch.
Orders Containing Multiple Products
Items within the same order may be dispatched separately depending on product availability and fulfilment location.
You may therefore receive more than one parcel or tracking number. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees because an order is delivered in separate parcels.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
Delayed Orders
A tracking update may occasionally pause while a parcel is travelling between courier locations. This does not necessarily mean the parcel has been lost.
Please contact us through our Contact Us page if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window. We will review the tracking information and assist you with the next steps.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping label
Please retain the product and packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:

Any delivery photograph or courier notification
If the parcel still cannot be found, contact us so that we can investigate.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs checks, import taxes or duties depending on the destination country and shipping method.
Any charges collected during checkout will be shown before payment. Where charges are not collected at checkout, additional fees may be requested by the relevant customs authority or delivery company.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
