These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit the FurClear website or purchase products from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms affects any legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website fraudulently or unlawfully

  • Attempt to interfere with its security or operation

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology

  • Attempt to access restricted systems or information

  • Copy or exploit website content without permission

  • Use false details when placing an order

  • Place orders using an unauthorised payment method

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or legal compliance.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, prices and other information are accurate.

Product images are provided for illustration. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the display settings of your device.

Minor differences in packaging, colour tone or appearance may occur where they do not materially change the product’s purpose, quality or main characteristics.

The dimensions and measurements shown on the website are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Product Use and Safety

Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided on the relevant product page or with the item.

Where a product is intended for pet grooming:

  • Use gentle pressure

  • Avoid eyes, ears, nose, mouth, wounds and irritated skin

  • Stop use if your pet shows discomfort or irritation

  • Keep the product away from children when not in use

  • Supervise use where appropriate

FurClear products are intended for ordinary grooming and household cleaning. They are not veterinary products and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice or treatment.

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended surface, fabric or pet before extensive use. Test fabric-cleaning tools on a small, hidden area first where appropriate.

5. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market.

Prices may change occasionally, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

Shipping charges, taxes and any other mandatory costs collected by us will be displayed before you complete payment.

Currency conversions may be handled by Shopify or a payment provider. Your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion rate or international transaction fee, which is outside our control.

6. Promotions and Multi-Buy Offers

Unless otherwise stated, our current multi-buy offers work as follows:

  • Buy any two eligible items and receive one eligible item at 50% off

  • Buy any three eligible items and receive one eligible item free

  • Purchase two or more items in the same order to receive free standard shipping

The discount is applied automatically after all qualifying products have been added to the basket.

Where differently priced products are purchased, the product discount is applied to the lowest-priced eligible item.

The two product promotions do not combine with each other on the same qualifying items. Where more than one product promotion could apply, the best eligible product offer will be applied.

Free-shipping promotions may be combined with an eligible product promotion.

Promotions:

  • Apply only to eligible items

  • Cannot normally be applied retrospectively

  • Have no cash value

  • May be changed or withdrawn for future orders

  • Remain subject to any additional conditions displayed with the offer

Returns involving promotional orders are recalculated in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Placing an Order

To place an order, add the selected products to your basket, provide the requested information and complete payment through checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your contact details are accurate

  • Your delivery address is complete

  • The products and quantities selected are correct

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method

After placing an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

A contract between you and FurClear is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

8. When We May Decline or Cancel an Order

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Payment is declined or cannot be verified

  • We cannot deliver to the supplied address

  • The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised

  • An obvious pricing or website error has occurred

  • Purchase limits or promotion conditions have been breached

  • We are legally unable to supply the order

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the methods available during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or card-payment networks.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details where payment is processed securely by a third-party provider.

You must not use a payment method without the account holder’s permission.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to selected locations in:

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Canada

Shipping rates and available methods are displayed during checkout.

Estimated processing and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged additional shipping purely because an order is split into multiple shipments.

You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you discover an error, although changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

11. Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country.

Where such charges are collected by us, they will be shown during checkout.

Where they are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or delivery provider.

12. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For UK customers, online purchases may carry statutory cancellation rights in addition to separate legal remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Please contact us before returning any product so that we can provide the correct instructions and return destination.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Products supplied by us must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.

Please contact us if an item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is faulty

  • Is materially different from its description

  • Is incorrect

  • Is missing from your order

We may ask for photographs, video, packaging information or other reasonable evidence so that we can investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

14. Reviews and Customer Content

Where you submit a review, image, video or other content, you confirm that:

  • It reflects your genuine experience

  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • You have the right to submit it

  • It does not infringe another person’s rights

  • It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading

You retain ownership of your content but give FurClear a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free permission to display and use it for operating and promoting the business.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms, but we will not alter a genuine negative review merely because it is unfavourable.

15. Intellectual Property

The FurClear name, branding, website design, written content, graphics and other materials on the website are owned by us or used with permission.

You may view the website and make copies of order information for personal use.

You must not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, review platforms, couriers and social-media platforms.

These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites that we do not control. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse every part of the linked service or website.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend or update the website for:

  • Maintenance

  • Security

  • Technical improvements

  • Legal or operational reasons

This does not affect orders that have already been accepted.

18. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

A loss is foreseeable where it was obvious that it might happen or where both you and we knew that it might happen when the contract was formed.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Faulty or misdescribed goods

  • Breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded

Our products and website are intended for personal consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity or business interruption where you purchase as a consumer.

We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow instructions or use on an unsuitable surface where appropriate warnings and instructions were provided.

19. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs delays

Where an event affects an accepted order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and inform you where appropriate.

This section does not remove any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable law.
